Why can’t I view/download documents?
To view/download documents, you must be logged in using your registered e-mail address and password.

The documents available on the Web site are saved in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). Adobe Acrobat Reader Software can be downloaded for free at www.adobe.com.

I've registered, but cannot log onto the Web site.
After registering, you will be able to log on using your registered e-mail address and password.

I forgot my user name and password. What do I do?
If you are a registered user, your user name is your complete e-mail address. If you know the e-mail address you used to register for the Web site, go to the "Log In" page and click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. After entering your e-mail address, click on "Request New Password" and a temporary password will be e-mailed to you.
