About the Center
The Deloitte LLP Center for Corporate Governance offers a number of resources for executives, directors, and others who are active in governance. In addition to this Web site, the center’s activities and programs include:
Research and publications
Our research and publications focus on issues relevant to boards and leaders in the governance arena. Examples of releases include Risk Intelligent Governance - A Practical Guide for Boards and Directors' Alert: 10 Issues for 2010.
Webcasts
The Corporate Governance Deloitte Dbriefs webcast series presents timely information on the most pressing governance issues and trends. The archive includes webcasts such as The Latest Trends in Corporate Governance and Risk Intelligent Governance: The Finance Executive’s Role in Supporting the Board.
Sponsorships and organizational affiliations
The center builds strong relationships with governance leaders and organizations, such as the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at the Yale School of Management. These relationships help Deloitte stay current on research needs in the marketplace and to provide opportunities to contribute a point of view on issues that are relevant to clients, directors, and the broader corporate community.
Public policy
Working with the Deloitte LLP Regulatory and Public Policy Group, the Center collaborates with third-party policy groups and contributes to global research projects on strategy, economic development, and performance measurement.
Services
Deloitte provides a range of services to help clients address governance issues and to improve board and committee effectiveness.
